Error -Failed to evaluate operator Jacobian.

I am doing CFD on a complex geometry and the following is the the error I get. My boundary 3 is the outlet and I can't figure out how to fix that. Can someone please help me understand and solve the error? Please let me know if you want me to send you the COMSOL and SolidWorks drawing!

ERROR:

Failed to evaluate operator Jacobian.
Failed to evaluate operator Jacobian.
- Operator: mean
- Geometry: geom1
- Boundary: 3
Mean operator requires an adjacent entity of higher dimension.
Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
- Variable: comp1.spf.K_stress_tensor_testyx
- Geometry: geom1
- Boundary: 3
