Heat transfer coefficient

hi everyone
there is an example in the comsol microresister_beam,in the example there is a Heat transfer coefficient k,why k is 5[W/(m^2*K)],but in the example Thermal Microactuator there is also a Heat transfer coefficient
htc_s 0.04[W/(m*K)]/2[um] could you tell me what is the difference
