Hello,
I have a weird problem that I can't find a solution to and I really appreciate your help with this matter.
I have a simple 2D model of two coils with opposite currents. The coils are surrounded by an iron core with non-linear permeability (BH curve). I am trying to get the magnetic field distribution for 60Hz currents.
I added a new ampere's law for the iron and selected BH curve.
When I solve stationary, I get a solution.
When I solve with linear permeability I get a solution.
But when I solve in frequency domain I get no solution with the following error:
Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Returned solution is not converged.
I have attached a picture of my model and would really appreciate your help with it.
