Fluid Non-Reflecting Outlet Boundary Condition

I'm trying to simulate pressure wave propagation in an elastic pipe for a fluid-structure interaction problem in COMSOL. To keep things simple, I want to start with Incompressible Laminar flow coupled with Linear Elastic Material, preferrably using 2D Axisymmetric configuration to save computation time.

In many literatures, to simulate such problem, a "non-reflecting" or "silent" boundary condition is generally need to be prescribed on the fluid outlet boundary.

Can anyone suggest how to implement such kind of boundary condition in COMSOL? I don't think directly using either the built-in "Outlet" or "Open Boundary" will suffice for this problem.
