Using a specific point displacement as a parameter for point loading

I have a simple model which include two rectangle geometries (representing resonators) and I am solving their eigen-states.
I want couple the rectangles by using a point load F1=k*u2 and F2=k*u1 (like a spring force which is the spring constant times the displacement).
where F1, F2 are the loads acting on points 1 and 2, and u1,u2 are the displacements of pints 1 and 2.
How can I do that?
I tried applying a point load on one of the points and using K*u(x1,y1,z1) or using K*u(dom==number) but neither worked.
However using K*u does work, but that is using the displacement at the same point as the force and I want to couple two different points.
