Charged particles disappearing when they shouldn't!

Hi everyone! Im running a 2D model of a discharge in plasma where I want to trace electrons and ions that hit a small probe. Even though I configure most of the walls to bounce the particles (except the probe surface), so I can count how many particles leave the system through the probe, after some time steps there are no more particles left (they all disappear but not only by hitting the probe). Only when I configure all walls to bounce the particles, particles don´t leave the system. I would really appreciate some help at this issue. Thanks in advance!
