Keynote: Testing and Development of RF Components for ITER
Länge: 14:34
In this keynote talk from COMSOL Day: Nuclear Fusion, Humberto Torreblanca of the Swiss Plasma Center introduces his work with research and development of RF technology and components for ITER, an international nuclear fusion initiative. The presentation features COMSOL Multiphysics® modeling examples of a gyrotron, RF waveguides, and RF miter bends. He also discusses RF wave propagation, the heating and cooling of RF components, and the roles that different materials play in the waveguides.
Humberto Torreblanca is a research scientist at the Swiss Plasma Center in the research and development of RF components for the TCV tokamak.
