Acoustic Energy Harvesting Using Helmholtz Resonator with Tapered Neck
Veröffentlicht in 2014
Various research activities are happening around the world on harvesting energy from green energy sources to satisfy the power requirements. Being an abundant form of green energy acoustic energy harvesting has been gaining importance despite the low power density of its sources. In acoustic energy harvesting energy is derived from external noise sources, captured, stored and controlled for various applications. In this paper an effort has been made to study the increase in output voltage of the acoustic energy harvester which makes use of the increased amplification rate of a Helmholtz resonator due to dimensional modification of its neck.
