Cooling process with pipe flow + stress analysis - time dependent

I am currently working on the process of an injection molding process. I am interested in seeing the cooling process and the temperature distribution during the cooling process and as well the displacement/residual stresses during this process in the tool.
So far I was able to separate the simulation into two easier:
- One for the cooling process, time dependent, where I use the "pipe flow module" and the "heat transfer in solids"
- the other one, stationary, where I just use the "thermal stress module"
This worked out quite well. But now I wanna combine those two simulation! I tried to combine the "pipe flow module" with "heat transfer in solids" plus the "thermal stress" or the "solid mechanics" module, but this didn`t work out. I am also already confused by combining "thermal stress" with "heat transfer in solids" for example cause obviously I have two Intial values for the temperatures! So I think I am not even on the right path right now to get closer my goal.
Can anyone give me a rough overview of what I should try next?
Thanks in advance!
