magnetic field analysis in mode analysis study

I would like to design a fiber and analyse the magnetic field under the mode analysis study in its 2D front view. The electromagnetic physics lets us automatically to the electric field analysis. if i externally add this magnetic field under electromagnetic physics, i get an error saying out-of-memory during evaluation of sparse matrix. Could anyone help me in this.
