MOSFET simulation in COMSOL

Respected Sir,
I am simulating MOSFET in COMSOL-5.0 version. Silicon material is used as substrate. But in the material properties the orientation specifications are not provided that whether it is <100> or <111>. Please tell me the wafer oreintation.
