A problem with a boundary condition which changing with time.

I have a problem with a boundary condition which changing with time.
I made some simulation of a porous media flow, and one of boundaries should be defined as Pressure changing with time, for instance, the boundary 1’s pressure :p=p1 in the range of 0s to 250s, then how to defined it as no flow in the range of 250s to 500s.
Does someone can help me?
