Is this a cpu problem?

My system has windows 7 ultimate x64, intel i7, 32GB of RAM, no graphic card.

I made my simulation using my system and could solve my simulation over one hours.

There was a problem with my computer, it was the format.

After my computer was the format, my computer can't solve my simulation.

I am getting this message "out of memory during assembly" or "out of memory during LU factorization." over ten minutes.

I check the performance of CPUs from windows task manager, usage of RAM is 5GB but usage of CPU is 100%.

As soon as to 100%, an error message occurs.

So I do the inspection of computer viruses, but doesn't exist computer viruses.

After I do reset BIOS setup, I can decrease 90%.

But I am getting error message yet.

I decrease meshes of simulation more then 10 times.

This solution has residual error rate 80% before computer format.

I do format my computer again, but can't solve problem still.

How can I solve this problem?
