How to open mph-files by double-clicking on mac?

If I choose "COMSOL Multiphysics.app" to open the files it always crashes. Is there a launcher app somewhere?

I've got the same problem on Mac OS X 10.11.6 with COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2a. Any ideas?
