While simulating capacitive pressure sensor in COMSOL multiphysics 4.4 I got this error:
Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter.
Segregated group 1

Out of memory during LU factorization.
In segregated group 1:
Returned solution is not converged.
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1)

Please help..
