Hi Im trying to reproduce a simulation from a paper about the simulation of streamer discharge in comsol

But in some parts I just dont follow what it says and how to do it I am using the Charged particle tracing module.

It says:
In the charged particle tracing node, we then define the requiered integrals along each field line. This is done by introducing Auxiliary dependant variables. One for each integral we want to calculate.
The integrand is called Source R. First the field line Lenght is give By such an integral R=1.... (Till the evereything was understood, this part is want I really don get how to do it)

"Then we define two different streamer integrals S given by the ecuation p*(k*(((es.normE/p)-a)^2)-A) ( the constants have been defined previusly): one for streamers emerging from the positive electrode and one for the streamers starting from the negative electrode. For the integral corresponding to the positive electrode the integrand p*(k*(((es.normE/p)-a)^2)-A) is multiplied with a factor of 1 when The electric field decreases away form the positive electrode and 0 whe it increasess"
I really dont know where to define the integrals and how.
Please I hope u can understand and manage to help me.

I couldnt attach the scientific paper....
