Server connection

Hi,

I have a question regarding connection to the Comsol server.

I use a port for the client-server connection,

after disconnecting from server, the netstat command shows that the port has the state of Close_Wait.

this message shows that one part of the connection has not compeletly been closed,

I wonder whether server or client is still waiting for the other part.

These ports with Close_Wait state can not be accessed for a period.

How can I tell windows or Comsol to completely close the port so it can be used again?
