Sensitivity Analysis for a Parameter

Please show me how to analyze sensitivity for any parameter in a model.

I added the sensitivity module into my model (Add Physics>Mathematics>Optimization and Sensitivity >Sensitivity, as a attached picture below), but do not know what to do next (Comsol V4.2a).
