Bioheat Transfer, Heat Flux

I need help with my model in Comsol 4.3b.
I created model from 3 domains (muscle, fat, skin) and I need to get heat flux on boundary.
This thermal stimulation last few seconds, and before and after I need to simulate thermal conduction from boundary (tissue 310K, adnviroment 293K).
So, I use heat flux with variable q_cooling
q_cooling = -80*(t<=1000[s])-1000*(t>1000[s] && t<=1100[s])-80*(t>1100[s]) [W/m^2]
I try different version of this equation and it doesnt work. There is only -80 W/m^2 thermal stimulation all the time. Comsol dont give me any errors.
