Inductively Coupled Wires in 2D Magnetic Fields Package

I am trying to match a simulation to experimental data to investigate the induced current in a permalloy sample, and am checking my model based on the S-parameters. I am using a 2D model and the magnetic fields package. However, the S-parameters in my model seem mostly dependent on the port setup and the geometry, and S21 is much smaller than expected, which leads me to believe that there is a much weaker induced signal between the stimulation wire and the test wire than is appearing in reality. I think I have the material properties correct, so does anyone know why the COMSOL simulation wouldn't end up with the same inductive coupling? Is there a way I can explicitly calculate parameters like the mutual inductance between the wires? Please see my attached model.
