Derivative of coupled value in the General PDE module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi folks,
I am trying to implement a multiphysics model including the stuctural mechanics and the general PDE module. I've coupled the dispacement w of a boundary of a 2D geometry from the structual mechanics to the PDE model via linear extrusion.

Now the problem is as follows: I need the derivative d(w,r) of the displacement in my PDE. But as far as i've found out, since the structural mechanics module is defined in material coordinates, I can't use the d(... ,r) function.

Is there a way to transfer w into spatial coordinates for the PDE module, so that I can work with the d(,r) operator, or do i have to find a workaround?

Thank you!
