Domain merging problem

<<<Any one can help me in merging domains?>>>>

even after forming union I have a split domain. For other models when I capped the faces for acoustic simulation the domain merged and it was only two . one solid part and one fluid part. but this doesn't work in all models. Is there any possibility in COMSOl where you can move the Domains or merge domains or move ?

I imported the geometry (its a muffler structure), then I performed union and I see that it is single object now but when I cap faces COMSOL doesn't recognize the fluid and solid domain and I have many domains internally..
