Hi

I am a new modeling person I am trying to learn COMSOL with a very simple case. My case is a 3D heat spreader that has 40mm by 40mm base area and 2 mm height. I meshed the faces using quad mesh then I swept the mesh to create 3D mesh. Then I applied my condition then get solution. My problem is when I export the processed data the output element are not quad "8 points" it is always TETRAHEDRON "4 points".

Why I can't export the same type of mesh I already have in my model?

My second question If I have a result of heat flux dissipated from square surface I use boundary integration to get the total power but comsol just give mt the net value. Is there and way to plot the distribution of that integration along the surface I mean instead of q"(x) I need to plot Power calculated at each point P(x)

Thanks
