Modeling a closed vessel pre-stressed by its internal fluid

Hi,
I am trying to model the dynamic deformation of a vessel which contains incompressible fluid (fully encapsulated) under external load. At the initial state, the fluid has internal pressure such that the vessel is pre-stressed. I wanted to model this in the fluid-structure interaction module from COMSOL but not sure how to handle the pre-stress. The main difficulty that I have is that the system is closed and I am not sure how to manipulate the fluid. I could add an initial compression on the structure such that the fluid-pressure is raised, but this may not be the physical picture I am looking at as the vessel is stretched by the fluid in reality.
Please kindly advice me how to model such a prestressed system appropriately, any help is very much appreciated!
Thanks,
Xi
