Reyleigh Damping Parameters Calculation

Hi everyone.
Could anyone tell me how to determine the damping parameters in COMSOL?
For example, given the damping raito 0.03885, how to calculate mass damping parameter and stiffness damping parameter required by Reyliegh damping?
