induction heating

Hello every body,

I want to know if it is possible to measure the impedance of a charge in induction heating process.
I can have lot of informations on the coil parameters (Icoil, Pcoil, Zcoil...) but how can I access to these informations on the charge?
Anyone have a idea?

an impedance is a ratio of field quantitites, in the electromagnetic case this is voltage / current (applicable for lumped components like the coil) or electrical field / magnetic field (applicable for materials with wave propagation far away from boundaries).
This way you can calculate a wave impedance for the material, similar to the way the wave impedance for free space (377 Ohm) is determined.

I can try to make my simulation with mef in order to have access to the calculation of the electric field
After that I can calculate

Z=E(x)/H(x) on the different geometries of the model
