Exporting Specific Mesh Data

I am quite new to Comsol so please excuse my ignorance when trying to explain my problem. I am currently working with a model of a redox flow battery, and I am interested in exporting data such as flow rates, species concentrations, etc. that are associated with specific points on the mesh. First of all I need to know if this is even possible, and if it is, it would be much appreciated if someone could provide me with a step by step overview of the process. I'm to the point where all of the information in the reference manual is running together. Thank you in advance!!

If anyone knows of a procedure to export this data it would be greatly appreciated.
