Dye oscillator, please help

Hello! I model Dye oscillator ( rspa.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/155/886/498.full.pdf+html ) in Comsol. The frequency of a ring oscillator is supposed to be the wave speed through the quartz = ~5460 m/sec divide by (PI * diameter). In the original dimensions of 75.28 mm inside diameter, 98.6 mm outside diameter gives an average diameter of 86.94mm resulting in a 20 kHz fundamental mode. Why Comsol gives the results of 50Hz? Actual result from Dye oscillator also confirms 20kHz.
