model coupling

Dear comsol users,

I am a new user of comsol and I am building a 3d model with two physics: laminar flow and thin film-shell.
I am trying to set the outlet pressure of thin-film flow as the inlet pressure of laminar part. See the attachment.
I know I need to use model couping but don't know how to do it in detail.

Can anybody help me out please?
