Error during computing result

Dear Concerned,

I recently came across an error namely " Failed to find a solution. In segregated group 2: The relative error (76) is greater than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged. "

Please help me understand this error , in detail.

Looking forward for a prompt help.
