Hello,

Whenever I try to run COMSOL 4.3, I get this error :

License error: -38
User/host on EXCLUDE list for product
User/host on EXCLUDE list for feature
Feature: CADIMPORT
license path: C;\Program Files\COMSOL43/licens/license.dat:
FLEXnet Licensing error:-38,147

Does anyone have an idea what i should do?

Hi

Such type of errors are best soved by your system admin, and/or with help of your local rep,
obviously the flexlm installation and licence file "excludes" you from using the CAD option, or its that you do not have that tool box

Hi,

Thank you for your advice.
According to the IT of EPFL, I received this error message likely because all licenses for the "CAD Import" module were used when I tried to run my simulation.
