Implementation of an Initial temperature field using a previously obtained temperature field

Dear all;
I found that Comsol allows a simple equation for the initial temperature field such as T=sin(xy). But, I can not find how to implement some complicated temperature field as an initial temperature field using a previously obtained temperature field.
Sometimes, you may want to use a result (temperature, velocity vector field, etc.) from previously run experiments. How can I use the temperature and/or velocity vector field as initial temperature/velocity field?
Thank you in advance.
