Validation of three-dimensional topology optimisation

Dear Sir and Madam When a 3D topologically optimised configuration is formed using comsol, but when importing geometry from the dataset and importing the mesh, the following two errors occur. The first, the imported geometry is an empty shell and has geometric incompleteness; the second is the generation of singular matrices. I would appreciate any help and advice from anyone concerned. Best wishes.

Hi

I suggest recycling the optimization mesh. It can be adjusted with the adaptation feature, if needed. The hook model demonstrates this, see https://www.comsol.com/model/68861.
