creating a slice from a cylindrical tank problem

good day people, pls can you assist me in looking at this particular problem. i am trying to creat a slice from cylindrical geometry which have a porous partition with a stainless steel.the tank is to contain two materials- hydrogen and metal hydride.i am trying to model adsorption and desorption of hydrogen storage in metal hydride reactor.thanks
