- Try changing the value of the "Repair Tolerance" in the Settings panel for the specific Difference operation in question.
- Alternatively, add more points going around that small curve, so that the details won't be lost when you do the difference.
- If you want better advice, I suggest you post your .mph file to forum so that others can examine it in detail.

Thanks Robert, I increased the feature size and the issue is resolved.
