Compilation error

How can I fix this error?

  • Feature: Compile Equations: Time Dependent (1) (sol3/st1) Error in multiphysics compilation. Problem setting up multigrid. A problem occurred when building mesh feature 'Reference 1/Free Tetrahedral 5' in 'Mesh 2'. Failed to generate mesh for domain.
    • Domain: 5 Intersecting face elements.
    • Face: 13, 16-20, 22-25, 27, 30-34, 36-39, 41, 45-53, 55-60, 63, 64, 67-80, 115-118, 143-146, 149, 153-160, 163-169, 172-175, 177, 180-184, 186-189, 191-196
    • x-coordinate: -90
    • y-coordinate: 5.18545
    • z-coordinate: 23.0188
