Catalytic Heterogeneous Chemical Reaction

Hello Everyone,

I am using COMSOL 5.5 for simulating my problem,

I am trying to simulate flow of NH3 in the rectangular channel (1-fluid domain in the attached fig) and it is surrounded by the catalyst (2- catalyst domain in the attached fig) except on top side.

I am treating catalyst as a porous media and I have the properties such as density, permeability and thermal conductivity. Fluid is NH3 which decomposes in presence of catalyst in H2 and N2.

I am using 3D model with (a) reacting flow in concentrated species (b) heat transfer in porous media (c) chemistry.

My first question is (I) Am I using the right models? ( I am using chemistry interfaces to incorporate variable property of NH3, H2, N2.) (ii) I am getting too many errors during solving, can anyone help me with that.
