Water evaporation with microheaters simulation

I have modeled an array of microheaters where I coupled electric currents and heat transfer in solids module to simulate joule heating. The model works reasonably.
Now I want to see if this heater array can be used to evaporate water. I am not very familiar with water evaporation physics in comsol. Can anybody help me: What modules should I use for modelling water evaporation using comsol?
