Looping through parameters creates invalid geometries

I have a design for an EOM and I exported the COMSOL model, which determines electric field intensity, to MATLAB. In MATLAB I created code that loops through ranges for a few of the parameters. The ranges were chosen based on values that are known to keep absorbption loss low and known to be feasible for construction. I'm having issues with the results because many of them result in the capacitors overlapping which is not a valid geometry. Any suggestions on how I can automate the process to pick parameter combinations that result in valid geometry only? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
