Convergence problem - When gravity included

Hi

My Model was working fine earlier. But, as I incorporated gravity to it (Volume force --> y = -g_const * rho.material). The solution is not converging.

Please can anyone suggest me the mistake in the model or any steps that I need to take to get the solution.
