Design and Investigation of a RF MEMS Switch and Its Integration with Antenna for 5G Application Need: 1. The basic structure which is made in COMSOL 2. How to extract Impedance profile, Resonance profile, switching speed, cut in voltage for the basic structure.

Agree with Robert. You can get a consultant OR purchase a license and assign a person in your organization to learn how to use Comsol. If the second looking for related examples on the Comsol website will be a very good idea.
