Why is the heat source in fluid heat transfer always uncoupled with chemical reaction

For the gas-solid chemical reactor, I want to study the heat and mass transfer of the reactor, but why the heat source node in the fluid heat transfer physical field has not been coupled with the heat source generated by the chemical reaction, so I can't help but use the temperature field. The results are all the same. Can you tell me the reason? I've been troubled for a long time. Thank you very much!
