Ports in planar transmission lines (RF Module in 4.2a)

Are there any guidelines to excite planar structures (i.e. microstrip lines, coplanar waveguides) through ports that are not lumped?
The example that would help me the best would be the Branch-line coupler example, but this one uses lumped ports to feed the structure.
As in the real world, waveports for planar structures are useful because one can directly define the input power, as opposed to figuring our diffuse concepts such as figuring out the required voltage/current for a given input power and perform modal analysis for complex structures such as grounded coplanar lines.

P.S. As an advice for the COMSOL manual/tutorial makers, besides giving examples of complex microwave structures, giving examples of *simple* popular planar transmission line structures such as microstrip, coplanar, grounded coplanar, stripline, etc. would *greatly* help to capture the concept for COMSOL RF simulations.
Doing it so for cases where Ports and Lumped Ports are used would save time for everyone, as feeding the RF model and defining boundaries correctly is usually the more challenging part of modeling...
