Forming objects

Hi,

I am a COMSOL novice having some trouble.

I am trying to create an object in the work space. shown in the picture below:

My problem is the 2 'anchor' points, (the square objects) should be in line with the middle sheet. I don't know how to make one side of the square the same radius as the middle sheet. and how to turn the drawing of the middle sheet into one object.

I have attached my file.
