empty rows in matrix error

Hello everyone

I am trying to do 3D simulation for SAW device in COMSOL, howver I got this error:

There are 1573 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.V. at coordinates: (0,0,0), (1.22542e-05,1.23627e-05,0), (1.99212e-05,1.37267e-05,0), (2.75881e-05,1.50906e-05,0), (1.27216e-05,1.96455e-05,0), ...

Could anybody help me? Thanks

Sounds like you have one or more errors in your setup and specification of the problem. I encourage you to post your .mph file to the forum so that others can examine it and offer their suggestions.
