Using Matlab to loop simulation.

Hello, I'm fairly new to Comsol, and currently working on my final year project as a mechanical engineer. It's basicaly a paraboloid solar dish receiver that generates electricity. The model works perfectly for a fixed value of solar irradiance, but in order to optimize my study is there a way to use Matlab to input multiple solar irradiance values? A detailed explaination would be great! Thank you in advance!
