How to plot Stress vs Strain curve?

Hello, I am new to COMSOL and I ran some simulations in Structural Mechanics using some examples given in the COMSOL online library. Now in the post-processing I want to plot unidirectional (x-direction, y-direction etc.) stress vs strain plot by choosing single mesh element or even a surface. I would like to know how to do that? Thanks in advance!
