How to calculate Reaction rate K?

Dear all,

I am trying to develop a voltammetric model in COMSOL multiphysics. However I still need to calculate this reaction rate constant K0 for my corrosion reaction and feed it to my model as an input parameter. Any help will be much appreciated.
