How to get Capacitance matrix from Stationary Source Sweep?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I am trying to find capacitance matrix for a simple 2D geometry of conductors. Using the Stationary Source Sweep study, I got the electric potential plot for the individual terminals.

But in the results node, it shows no values for capacitance matrix. What setting do we need to extract capacitance matrix from Stationary Source Sweep?

Thanks.

Attached is model with 2 x 2 Maxwell and mutual capacitance matrices. To get this result you have to use "Activate manual terminal sweep" and add Parametric Sweep study step.
