COMSOL electrostatic torque+ complex relativity for materials?

May I know if anyone have worked on applying imaginary part to the material in electrostatics?
I am able to get the toqrue output with frequnecy/time for my electrostatic simulation, however I am not sure if torque is including complex permittivity factor for the materials?!!
Also I would like to do a time harmonic analysis in electrostatics with a sinusoidal voltage, where v=v0*sin(w*t+phase) at different boundaries. However, currently I am able to get the simulations running for only time domain and COMSOL converts this into frequency using fourier transform.
I do want to apply varying frequency + varying/complex permittivity for materials in electrostatics and get the torque vs frequency simulations. (I also wanna see the particle torque movement>?>????)
Can someone please guide me on this. Thanks.
